If you, your child or a family member has suffered discrimination due to disability, we can secure a Court Order to vindicate your rights.
If you, your child or family member have not received required services or have not received the serviced in a timely fashion, we can secure a Court Order compelling the HSE to provide the appropriate services.
Assessment of Needs / Service Statement :
We are frequently instructed by frustrated parents who are experiencing significant delays in the HSE completing an assessment of their childrens’ needs pursuant to the Disability Act 2005. If you submitted an application for an assessment of need more that 6 months ago and have still not received your child’s Final Assessment Report and Service Statement, please contact this office without delay.
If you have received your child’s Final Assessment Report or Service Statement, we are happy to review these documents on your behalf in order to ensure they are compliant with the relevant legislation.
