Uninsured or unidentified drivers :
If you have been involved in an accident with a driver who is uninsured or where the other vehicle has not been identified, you are entitled to seek compensation from the Motor Insurers Bureau of Ireland (“MIBI”). The MIBI is a statutory body set up to compensate persons who have sustained injuries in such circumstances.
